Unexpectedly Helpful Staff

The staff made us feel at home, especially Gabriella and Stephania who provided personalized tips that enhanced our stay.

We faced a slight hiccup as the room wasn't prepared upon arrival, but it was quickly rectified by the team.

Came in Mazatlan to relax and have fun, this smart hotel was nice comfy base for doing it. Location: the venue was not far from other "city express " or "express junior' outlets. Furthermore, next to stores. We stayed here for 1 night and greatly enjoyed the place.

I was given brand-new and well-appointed room. Also, location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from La Gran Plaza Mall.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was spacious and comfortable for our family. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to our mornings, and the fitness facility was a bonus for the adults. The staff were great.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds offers a surprising amount of space for a hotel in this category. Location-wise, it's conveniently close to the Malecon, just a straight shot away, awesome for easy access to beachside activities and local restaurants.

No on-site pool, which might disappoint some looking for a resort-like atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast could use more variety. It features fresh fruit and sweet rolls but lacks heartier options. Seating in common areas felt cramped and uncomfortable.

The staff took a personal interest in our needs, especially Gabriella and Stephania, were pretty good to help. Katya provided excellent local suggestions that enhanced our stay. The Double Room with Two Double Beds was spacious and provided comfort.

I was impressed by the modern decor and spacious room at City Express By Marriott Mazatlan. The layout was accommodating for seniors, providing easy access to the dining area and other common spaces within the hotel.

More comfortable seating in common areas is needed.

Strongly recommend for a short visit

Excellent hotel, clean hotel, with spacious rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The complimentary breakfast includes fresh fruit and yogurt, and it's conveniently located just 35 km from General Rafael Buelna Airport.

Had a lovely stay with friendly staff who really made our time pleasant. The outdoor swimming pool and relaxing garden area were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. The room wasn’t perfectly prepared upon arrival, but the team sorted things out quickly without us needing to say anything! 😊
